WHO IS LEAN SIX SIGMA GREEN BELT PROFESSIONAL?

A Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Professional knows Lean and Six Sigma Basics. He/She is able to lead the Green Belt Project single-handedly under the guidance of the Black Belt. The participant upon completion of the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt will help the participant to do problem-solving and decision making at the department level or line of business level.

After completion of the program, the participant will be able to create value in professional and in personal goals.

PROGRAM OBJECTIVES

This program focuses on creating an analytical mindset toward problem-solving using statistics. The participant will learn a structured approach to applying Six Sigma tools & techniques to real-world business problems. The participant will acquire skills and capabilities to be fact-based in decision making. They will use data-driven techniques to improve Processes, Services, Performance and /or Products which leads to decrease in cost, wastes, cycle time, turn around time and an increase in revenue/profits.
